Wer sich Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter auf Steam zugelegt hat, bekommt bei der nächsten Anmeldung einen dickeren Patch präsentiert. Der umfasst einen Deathmatch-Modus samt sieben Karten.  Außerdem bekommt der Shooter 22 Steam-Achievements sowie einen Spectator-Modus spendiert.

• Removed F4 keyboard shortcut for invoking options menu (it collided with voting).
  
• Fixed random crashes and lockups on exit that would happen if user exited the server list menu, while it was still searching for more servers.
