Die Jury der Game Critics Awards hat die ihrer Meinung nach besten Spiele der E3 bekannt gegeben. Besonders bei Electronic Arts wird man sich freuen, denn Rock Band konnte ganze drei Preise für sich verbuchen, darunter auch den den wichtigsten, Best of Show. Die direkte Konkurrenz von Activision, Guitar Hero III, ging hingegen leer aus. Ebenfalls zufrieden kann man bei BioWare sein, die Kanadier konnten mit Mass Effect in den Kategorien "Best Console Game" und "Best RPG" obsiegen.
