Pyro-Update veröffentlicht
Das angekündigte "Pyro-Update" für Team Fortress 2 ist mittlerweile veröffentlicht worden und wird automatisch runtergeladen, sobald ihr Steam startet. Neben der gründlichen Überarbeitung der Pyro-Klasse werden zwei neue Community-Karten (cp_fastlane und ctf_turbine) hinzugefügt.
Der Flammenspezialist darf nun auf insgesamt drei freischaltbare Alternativwaffen (The Flare Gun, The Backburner, The Axtinguisher) zurückgreifen, die man sich mit den 35 neuen Achievements verdienen kann.
Außerdem veranstaltet Valve Software pünktlich zum Release des Updates ein TF2-Demo-Wochenende (bis zum 22. Juni): Ab Freitag (20 Uhr) darf sich jeder Steam-Nutzer für zwei Tage in der "Comic-Welt" austoben.

Other Notes
- Removed Soldier's 40% damage reduction from his own rockets. Does not affect rocket jumps
- In-game avatar images will now have a badge around them if the player is your friend
- Fixed bug that allowed players to move around in a reference pose
- Added custom death icons for unlockable weapons
- The player join team message now specifies whether the player used the auto team option
- Payload maps now support four control points per stage
- Achievement dialog will stay open when you're moving in & out of the game and the main menu
- Added full Russian localization, with both fonts & speech
- Returned the "Report a Bug" option to the main menu
