Für Wargame: European Escalation (ab 2,15€ bei kaufen) steht mit "New Battlefields" ein neues Downloadinhaltspaket zur Verfügung und zwar kostenlos. Das DLC-Paket enthält sieben neue Multiplayer-Karten - zwei davon sind asymetrisch aufgebaut. Darüber hinaus ist eine Skirmish-Map inbegriffen, die es bis zu sieben Spielern erlaubt, gegen computergesteuerte Feinde zu kämpfen (drei Schwierigkeitsgrade). Und zur Erleichterung der Koordination auf dem Schlachtfeld gibt es nun ein Flare-System (Leuchtgeschoss).
