Während Konsolenpiloten bereits mit NASCAR The Game: Inside Line Gas geben, kommen PC-Fahrer mit NASCAR The Game 2013 (ab 35,95€ bei kaufen) auf ihre Kosten. Es soll in Kürze für Vorbesteller erhältlich sein, die dann Zugang zur Beta erhalten. Einen Veröffentlichungszeitraum des fertigen Spiels nennen die Entwickler noch nicht.

Ausgabe 2013 beinhaltet alle Fahrer und Teams der aktuellen Saison, während man auch Höhepunkte der vergangenen zwei Jahre nachstellen darf. Reale Telemetriedaten dienten als Vorlage für die Szenarien. Highlights der gegenwärtigen Saison finden ebenfalls ihren Weg ins Spiel - schon kurz nach den Rennen sollen sie verfügbar sein.

Für zwischendurch bestimmt ganz nett. Aber für ernsthafte Onlinerennen bleibe ich bei iRacing. Kann ich im übrigen jedem NASCAR Fan ans Herz legen. Kostet zwar etwas im Monat und die Strecken und Autos muss man, sobal man in einer höheren Liga fährt auch kaufen, aber etwas besseres in dem Bereich gibt es gerade nicht. Des weiteren wird iRacing offiziell von NASCAR unterstütz (http://www.iracing.com/partners/) und in der virtuellen Meisterschaft gibt es jedes Jahr 10000$ Preisgeld Cash für den ersten. Ist zwar schwer dahin zu kommen, aber man hat ein Ziel ;-).

Vor dem Verein kann ich nur warnen. Alle beiden Titel sind total von Bugs und Unspielbarkeit im MP geprägt. Diese werden und wurden erst gar nicht behoben. Ich hab mir als Fan doch mal das erste für 8? gekauft. Es ist eine Frechheit. Ein Bug, wo das Auto im Stillstand ganz langsam nach rechts wandert. Ich sags nochmal an alle Fans. Wartet und kauft nicht zuvor. Übrigens hat mal wieder Activision seine Finger im Spiel.
Mittlerweile können sie die Konsolenspieler wohl nicht mehr in Massen veräppeln und versuchen es jetzt ganz dreist auf PC und Mobile.
