Crystal Dynamics hat bekanntgegeben, dass Ian Milham das Studio fortan verstärken und als "Game Director" der Tomb-Raider-Reihe tätig sein wird. Milham übernimmt die Position von Brian Horton, Game Director von Rise of the Tomb Raider und Senior Art Director von Tomb Raider, der das Studio nach sechseinhalb Jahren auf eigenen Wunsch verlassen hatte. Ian Milham war "Art Director" bei Dead Space sowie Dead Space 2 und fungierte als "Game Director" bei Battlefield Hardline.

It's a matching type of DNA that Crystal Dynamics has forged itself upon over these last few years", said Scot Amos, co-Head of Studio at Crystal Dynamics.
