Die Preisträger der Game Critics Awards: Best of E3 2015 wurden bekanntgegeben . Großer Gewinner ist Fallout 4. Das Rollenspiel von Bethesda Game Studios gewann die Auszeichnungen in den Kategorien "Best of Show", "Best PC Game" und "Best RPG". Auch drei Preise heimste Naughty Dog mit Uncharted 4: A Thief's End ein. Neben "Best Action/Adventure Game" und "Best Console Game" erhielt das Spiel die "Sonder-Auszeichnung für Grafik". Horizon Zero Dawn bekam den Preis für "Best Original Game" und No Man's Sky wurde als "Best Independent Game" prämiert.

Es folgt die Liste aller Gewinner (Fettdruck und oberste Listenplatzierung) sowie aller nominierten Spiele. Weil die Juroren während der Messe keinen Zugang zu spielbaren Versionen von Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands und XCOM 2 erhielten, wurden diese Spiele nicht berücksichtigt.
