OtherSide Entertainment hat angekündigt , dass Warren Spector die Führungsriege des Teams verstärken wird. Spector wird zunächst an Underworld Ascendant (gestiger Nachfolger von Ultima Underworld) mitarbeiten und später das Entwicklungsteam von System Shock 3 leiten. Warren Spector war Produzent, Designer und Director von Spielen wie System Shock, Deus Ex, Disney Epic Mickey und an diversen Titeln aus den Reihen Ultima sowie Wing Commander beteiligt. Mit Paul Neurath (Gründer von Otherside Entertainment) hatte er in der Vergangenheit an Ultima-Underworld-Spielen, Thief: The Dark Project und System Shock gearbeitet.
