Die Flagship Studios haben verraten, welche Veränderungen bei den kommenden Hellgate: London-Patches anstehen. Mit Patch 1.2 wird die Klasse "Marksman" überarbeitet und das Ingame-Mail-System (mit Briefanhängen) hinzugefügt, während Patch 1.3 neue Sprechblasen, funktionale Pets und allerlei Gruppen-Funktionen bringen wird.

• In-game mail with the ability to attach items.

Previously known only for its sweeping changes to the Marksman class, Patch 1.2 will add in-game mail, a hotly desired feature. Additionally, a great many bugs are addressed in this build, many of them reported by the community.

• Text bubbles over character heads.
• Display party member level and class.
• Inspect other player's equipment.
• Link items into the chat.

Der nächste große Content-Patch 2 soll Gruppen-PvP und ein PvP-Ranking-System einbauen sowie neue Monster, Areale, Waffen und frische Fähigkeiten für alle Klassen hinzufügen.
