Ubisoft hat den Patch 1.03 für Assassin's Creed Origins (ab 53,99€ bei kaufen) auf PC (Steam: 1,1 GB; Ulay: 1,3 GB) und PlayStation 4 (1,5 GB) veröffentlicht. Die Xbox One (1,8 GB) soll demnächst mit dem Update versorgt werden. Abgesehen von neuen Effekten für den Fotomodus verbessert der Patch sowohl Stabilität als auch Performance des Action-Adventures. Zugleich werden einige Beute-Probleme aus der Welt geschafft. Der Patch umfasst ebenfalls HDR-TV-Unterstützung (PS4 Pro, Xbox One X) sowie die Xbox-One-X-Optimierungen (4K- und Dolby-Atmos-Support). Ansonsten wurden diverse Quests verbessert, Bugs behoben und die Benutzeroberfläche angepasst.

Jau. Das ist mir auch öfters passiert.
Welche Quest mir etwas auf den Zeiger gingen waren wenn man Hilfe bekommen hat. Man soll in ein Garnison was töten, hat sich gerade erfolgreich reingeschleicht und dann kommen 10 Reiter an und die ganz Garnison wird zu einem Ameisenhaufen.

Ich find die Nebenquests motivierender als die Hauptquest. Die sind teils mehrstufig und erzählen schöne Kurzgeschichten, mal witzig, mal traurig, mal blutig. Blöd nur wenn man auf dem Weg zum Questgeber ein Fragezeichen mitnimmt was zb ein Banditenlager ist, und der Questgeber schickt dich wieder genau da hin um seine Aufgabe zu erfüllen. Merke: erst die Ausrufezeichen auf der Map abarbeiten, dann die Fragezeichen.

Ja hab genau das gleiche Problem.
Manchmal läuft es wie geschnitten Brot und ein anders mal fast dauerhaft spürbare FPS Drops.

Destiny wiederum läuft durchweg auf hohen Einstellungen konstant mit 60 Fps.
laut informationen aus der piraterie-szene soll die doppelte schicht DRM (Denuvo + VMProtect) zu 30-40% mehr prozessorauslastung führen, was wohl gerade low-midrange 4-kerner schnell in die knie zwingt.

ubisoft dementiert das selbstverständlich, gibt aber auch gleichzeitig an, auf dem pc ein performantes erlebnis in 30fps gewährleisten zu wollen, was natürlich in den ohren eines jeden pc-spielers der blanke hohn ist.
ob es am DRM liegt, oder das spiel einfach nur furchtbar unoptimierter schund ist, es sollte keines i7700k bedürfen, um ein spiel, dass sonst auf schwacher konsolenhardware läuft, in 60fps genießen zu können. es ist auch für laien zu erkennen, dass da irgendetwas faul ist.

Ich zocke es auf Full HD, Ultra + 120 % Skalierung. Ganz selten springt er etwas unter 60 fps , obwohl gerade nichts passiert. Ich denke, es liegt an V - Sync.
Gezockt wird auf einem Ryzen 1700 X und einer 1080er Nvidia.
