Bone Knuckles:Knuckle Guard + Bone of the Dead
Longhorn:Iron Break + Horn of Devilkin
Shotgun:Handgun + Horn of Devilkin + Beast Claw
Bone Scythe:Scythe Hilt + Bone of the Dead
