MercurySteam hat die geschlossene Betaphase von Raiders of the Broken Planet gestartet. Die spanischen Entwickler wollen das 4-gegen-1-Actionspiel in regelmäßigen Abständen mit interessierten Spielern testen. Anmelden kann man sich auf der offiziellen Webseite - auch ein Beta-Forum wurde eröffnet. Der erste Testlauf fand am vergangenen Sonntag statt. Die Betatests sollen in den kommenden Monaten stattfinden und später auf PS4 und Xbox One ausgedehnt werden. "After successfully showing the game at various events over the past few weeks", said Enric Alvarez, Head of Studio at MercurySteam. "We are extremely excited to start the process of putting the game into the hands of players and to start building something unique and special together. We always envisaged Raiders being a game built by gamers for gamers and this long process of testing and refining needs people to get hands on and give us their feedback. To that end, we've created 'The Raiders Hangout' where everyone can communicate directly with thoughts, comments and suggestions."
