Adventure-Fans dürfen flohlocken - nachdem LucasArts gestern die Monkey Island 2 Special Edition angekündigt hatte, ließ Telltale heute von sich hören und teilt mit: Im nächsten Monat läuft die dritte Staffel von Sam & Max, genannt Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
, vom Stapel.
Das Duo darf sich in insgesamt fünf Episoden mit allerlei mysteriösen, nicht gar so irdischen Mächten auseinandersetzen und wieder fleißig Puzzles lösen. The Devil's Playhouse stellt außerdem das PS3-Debüt von Telltale dar, sollen die Folgen doch auch auf dem PSN veröffentlicht werden. Neben Windows werden die Entwickler außerdem auch MacOS abdecken.
Die Win/Mac-Fassung der erste Episode, The Penal Zone, wird am 15. April veröffentlicht; die PSN-Version wird wohl etwas später folgen. Wie üblich können PC/Mac-Nutzer die Staffel auch schon komplett für 35 Dollar vorbestellen - wer frühzeitig zuschlägt, darf sich noch eine kostenlose Episode aus einer beliebigen Telltale-Serie aussuchen. Auf dem PSN können sich eifrige Naturen die Staffel für 30 Dollar zulegen.
