Nach vier kostenlosen Download-Erweiterungen wird mit "Disharmony" das erste kostenpflichtige DLC-Paket für Endless Space im Sommer 2013 veröffentlicht - angepeilter Preis ist 9,99 Dollar. Mit "The Harmony" wird eine neue Fraktion auftauchen, die alles in Sternenstaub verwandeln möchte. Neue Jäger und Bomber mit neuen Zielsystemen und Schlachtformationen sollen das Kampfsystem erweitern. Auch die Computerintelligenz soll dank der Erweiterung weniger vorhersehbar agieren.
