Die versprochene Demo zu Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter ist via Steam veröffentlicht worden. Die Demo enthält ein spezielles Level im "sonnigen Karnak" mit variablen Gegner-Spawn-Positionen; ebenfalls spielbar im kooperativen Modus mit bis zu 16 Personen. Last but not least kann der jüngst veröffentlichte Deathmatch-Modus (Karte: Desert Temple) ausprobiert werden.
