kaufen) wird am 20. Februar 2014 bei Steam erscheinen, wie Publisher 1C Company bestätigte. Im Vergleich zum Vorgänger wollen die Entwickler die technische Seite (Multi-Core-Support, Advanced Shader Technology etc.), die Computerintelligenz sowie die Benutzeroberfläche des Strategiespiels verbessert haben.
