Details zum Game-System in Final Fantasy XI
Square hat die japanische Website zum Beta-Test von Final Fantasy XI aktualisiert und ein paar Feinheiten des Game-Systems näher erklärt: FF XI wird - wie die meisten aktuellen Online-Rollenspiele - ein Trading-System bekommen sowie Häuser für die Bewohner (wobei noch nicht klar ist, ob es Häuser für einzelne Personen oder nur für Gilden gibt).
